Pinot noir, chardonnay, aromatic traminer (or gewürztraminer) and pinot blanc are the varieties that we cultivate and with which we produce a red wine, two white wines, a sparkling wines with Champenoise method and Charmat method. These cultivars find here the perfect conditions for different styles of vinification – for example, chardonnay and pinot noir, thanks to the different selected clones and the diverse exposures are used in three different styles of vinification.
Straw coloured, this wine has an important and fresh flavour profile of exotic spicy and flowers. Great minerality and persistence make it a perfect wine for aperitif and to match with savoury dishes.
Straw coloured with green tinge, this wine has a floral nose with hints of white fruits. Fresh in the mouth, mineral, with a good length.
Straw coloured with a fine and persistent perlage. It has an elegant nose with white floral aroma and hints of herbaceous notes. The palate is mineral and salty, with a good length.
Ruby red with an intense nose of raspberries, cherries, and cassis mixed with spicy notes. Great pleasantness due to its velvety and rounded tannins.
